Crispy Liempo


My relatives spent their weekend at home and we had a great time together. During their stay i cooked this "crispy liempo". Pork belly part cut into bite sizes and marinated in soy sauce, ground black pepper and salt. Deep fried until golden brown and arranged in a serving platter. This is is best served with garlic 'n vinegar dip sauce. So crunchy-licious...Everybody just enjoyed this meal.
