Brothy Evening

Tuna and Vegetable Broth



















I was so tired from work last night so i decided to cook this meal. This is a thin soup of concentrated fish stock. I bought a fresh malasugue (tuna) fish and simmer it with onions, tomatoes, lemongrass and fresh green vegetable (pechay). Cooking this meal took just a few minutes. It was rainy when i arrived home and this broth was a perfect warmer for dinner.
