Lenten Meal

It is Good Friday and I cooked this Fried Garlic Bangus (milkfish) and Scrambled Eggs in Onions and Tomatoes. Marinate the fish in prepared mustard, ground black pepper, salt and soy sauce for at least an hour. Deep fry until golden brown and topped with fried garlic. Saute onions and tomatoes, add beaten eggs and stir fry until done. Serve with rice. This kind of meal is best cooked especially this lenten season where meat dishes are not usually prepared.
