Lunch Recipe

Let me share here the recipe of the meal i cooked this lunch called;

Fried Vermicelli Noodles


- 1 pack (227 grams) vermicelli noodles
- Canola or olive oil
- cloves of garlic minced
- 1 piece med. onion
- 1 tbsp. pepper (ground)
- salt
- soy sauce
- sesame oil
- medium size carrots sliced into strips
- celerey chopped
- 5 cups hot water
- cabbage sliced
- shrimps
- liver (chicken or pork) cut in small pieces
- meat (chicken or pork) cut in small pieces

Cooking procedure:

Rinse the vermicelli noodles with water. Drain. Saute minced garlic and onion in canola or olive oil until slightly brown then add shrimps, liver and meat. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, ground pepper and salt. (you can adjust the salt according to your taste preference) Cook for 8-10 minutes. Add water and bring to a boil. Add the vermicelli noodles, cabbage and carrots. Simmer for 5 minutes while stirring until stock is absorbed by the noodles. Serve hot.
