Olive Oil of Cooking

Most of my food preparation usually needs cooking oil and as part of being mindful and conscious about my health i always see to it that i use the best olive oil in my cooking. Olive oil just tastes good in stir fried, deep fried or sauteed dishes. It can also be great to add in salads and baking. Compared to some common cooking oils, olive oil is quite expensive maybe because this product is being imported from other foreign sources. Its shelf life usually lasts for a year so it should be stored in a cool dark place. Light and heat would cause the oil to decay and ferment. This quality kind of cooking oil always result in good food cooking.
