Weekend Recipe



ORIENTAL BEEF STEW

A dish of beef brisket boiled in a sweet, savory sauce of sugar,soy sauce,sesame oil and spring onions.

Ingredients:

- 1 pack oriental bef stew mix (37 grams)
- 2 cups water
- 500 grams short ribs, cubed
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- spring onions
- carrots (optional)

Procedure:

Dissolve oriental beef stew mix in water. Add in meat to beef stew mixture and cook covered until meat is tender. Add sesame oil and carrots. Garnish with chopped spring onions. Serve hot.
