Let's Chowder

Seafood Chowder

A hearty soup containing fish,shrimps,squid or shellfish blended with spices in a creamy base. Here is the cooking procedure for this meal;


  • 250 grams assorted seafood meat (shrimps, malasugue(tuna) fish, squid)
  • 2 cups seafood broth
  • 1 pack McCormick seafood chowder seasoning
  • 1 cup fresh milk
How to cook:

In a pot, combine seafood chowder mix with broth and milk using a whisk. Bring to boil over medium heat stirring constantly. Add seafood meat. Simmer for 5 minutes and stir occasionally until soup thickens. Sprinkle with chopped spring onions then serve hot.
