Steak Day



Beef Steak in Onions
I was craving for a meaty day after being suffocated of eating mostly fish menus for the past week. So for this time i had beef steak meal. A choice of young lean beef, sliced thinly and marinated in pepper, salt, lemon juice and sesame oil for 12 hours. This is for the beef to absorbed all the spices and enhanced its flavor. Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry the marinated beef until golden brown. Garnish with caramelized onion rings. A delectable dish to serve with hot rice. Yummy!
