Tasting Swiss Deli

I like to adventure on some foreign food like this Cervelat that i purchased from a Swiss shop selling delicatessen. Swiss cervelats are made of roughly equal parts of beef, pork, bacon, pork rind and ice, as well as spices, curing salt and cutter additives. Cervelats can be prepared in numerous ways. They can be eaten cooked, boiled, grilled or fried. They are also served cold, either as part of a salad or as a whole with bread and mustard. I fried the sausages and sliced it into bite pieces. There is less salt added and you can savor real meat & spices. Tastes great! Thumbs up for Swiss Deli.:D
