Healthy Pinakbet

Vegetables are always a healthy idea in cooking so I prepared for lunch time this Pinakbet, a meal consists of pork belly sauteed in garlic& onions, sauced with shrimp paste and added with vegetables like squash, okra, eggplant, string beans, bitter melon,gabi and patola. I prefer not to add salt while cooking because the shrimp paste is already salty to taste.Varieties of vegetables cooked in one like this Pinakbet is a healthful choice of food for today.
