Liver Time


Chicken Liver in Hoisin Sauce

I was experimenting last night on my cooking menu. I sauteed some chicken livers in onions and garlic and put a tablespoon of Hoisin Sauce. Simmer until the sauce thickens and garnished with leeks. It was a deliciously different taste in cooking liver or other meat based dishes when you add this sweet-spicy sauce. Great taste!
