Sauce Encounter

I strolled at the supermarket yesterday and bought this Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce. I am just curious and would like to have a try about this kind of flavoring .It is a spicy-sweet sauce made from selected spices and ground soybeans. It is mainly used to accent marinades, roasts and stir-fries or as a condiment. This would be another accompaniment to my food and cooking adventure.
