Sausage for Breakfast

Another specialty of Swiss Gourmet-- Mild Hungarian Sausage. My breakfast was so great having this seasoned minced meat stuffed in casings. I boiled this in water for 5 minutes so that the meat stuffing is well cooked then fried in olive oil ( slow fire ) until light brown. Another foreign food that is worth a try. What a delicious meal to start the day!
