Shrimps with Greens

My all time favorite shrimps are again the star of my post today. As a healthy option I added some green vegetables on the menu. The shrimps were boiled together with onions and garlic, then added with okra, ampalaya (bitter melon) and saluyot ( a kind of slimy green leafy vegetable). The vegetables were cooked in just few minutes to preserved the green color and tasty flavor. Deliciously yummy when served hot.
