Steamed this Time

Steamed Talakitok (Trevally) Fish in Ginger&Leek Soy Sauce

I bought this fresh talakitok fish from the wet market and steamed it in ginger sticks and garnished with leek slices. Added with savory soy sauce, pepper and little salt. The ginger and soy sauce complemented together. Great tasting food served hot for dinner time. Just perfect for the cool evening due to heavy rains last night. People at home had a good time eating this steamed menu.
