Steamy Tilapia

This Steamed Tilapia was the table delight for Sunday's lunch at home. Tilapia is a kind of fresh water and farm raised fish. Just put the cleaned fish in a pan together with water,ginger, onions, tomatoes and leeks, seasoned with salt and pepper. I added some calamansi juice to neutralized the fishy taste. Cover and slowly cooked for 30 minutes until the flavorings were completely absorbed. Arranged in a serving platter and serve hot.
