Turmeric Kambing Meat


I missed eating kambing (goat) meat this weekend so I cooked this simple yet extraordinary way of goat meat dish. The special meat cuts are sauteed in onions, garlic and tomatoes. Boiled slowly for 2 hours until the the meat is tender and added with spices like pepper, laurel leaves and chili. The special added coloring is turmeric( i like its yellow color in food). The combination of the ingredients make this dish a great meal. Another yummy cooking adventure this weekend at home.
