Family's Tinola

Chicken Tinola
There was a family gathering again at home this weekend . As usual, I played an important role as the cook. Tatay brought some native chicken that I cooked for tinola. Chicken parts cut into serving pieces then sauteed in garlic and onions boiled until tender. Seasoned with salt and spices, added with lemon grass, sayote and chili leaves as vegetables. The broth tasted so great that you can savor the aroma of the lemon grass. Another yummy & healthy chicken dish for everybody at home.
