Post Birthday Cooking

Seafood Sotanghon

I cooked this stir fried mug-bean noodles in shrimps and squid as a post birthday treat for my uncle who spent the night at home from a vacation in manila. Rice noodles with fresh squid and shrimps, sauteed in onions and garlic and topped with celery and leeks. I tried adding hoicin sauce for this recipe for a new blend and it tasted great in stir fried dishes like sotanghon. Everybody enjoyed very much on this favorite meal at home.
