Seafood,Salad and Green

I went home early last night and cooked these healthy and yummy meals for dinner.

Kangkong Salad

You need:

Fresh kangkong leaves
tomatoes, seeded & chopped
onions, chopped
ginger, sliced thinly
soy sauce
salt

How to do:

Blanch kangkong leaves in boiling water for a minute, set aside. In a low dish, combine the rest of ingredients then add kangkong leaves. Mix all together. Serve immediately.

My all-time favorite shrimps cooked in sweet and spicy sauce.


Cucumber salad, sliced thinly added with a little salt, vinegar and chopped onions.

These kinds of meals are always good and beneficial for the health.
