Something Hot for Dinner

Tendered Beef in Vegetable Broth

There was a heavy rainfall when I arrived home last night. The atmosphere was quite cold so I thought this steamy hot meal would be perfect for the rainy evening. The beef was boiled until tender. Added with onions, ginger, salt & seasonings to taste. Put some sliced gabi and potatoes and cooked until tender. I always like green leafy vegetables and so for this menu, I included some slices of chinese pechay. The broth was so flavorful ! Another healthy delight for dinner time.
