Sweet Evening

I stayed up late last night and spent time cooking this sweetened bananas in coco milk. I used the muscovado kind of sugar because of its great taste and color. It is also known as the healthy kind of sugar. Bananas (saba kind) were boiled in coconut milk and sugar until the sauce thickened. This is an all-time favorite yummy dessert.
