Food for Lunch

I prepared early morning this Crispy Pork Liempo as my baon food for lunch at the office. Pork belly cut into bite pieces, marinated in soy sauce, salt, pepper and seasonings. Then deep fry in hot canola oil until crisp golden brown. You can have ketchup or vinegar & garlic as dipping. Liempo together with rice can be an ideal meal for lunch pack. Just prepare some extra rice because you might be wanting for more.
