Sunday's Menu

Beef Spare Ribs in Langka

Ingredients:

500 grams beef spare ribs cut into serving pieces
250 grams, langka (young jack fruit), sliced
onions
garlic
1 liter, Water
salt
seasonings
leeks for garnishing

Procedure:

Boil the beef spare ribs in 1 liter of water until very tender. Add langka and boil until very tender too. Add onions and garlic and simmer for 5 minutes. Adjust the salt and seasonings according to taste. Garnish with leeks. Serve hot.
