Yummy Crabs

Steamed Crabs in Hoisin & Sprite Sauce

I got a good chance to bought these crabs yesterday from the wet market because the price was cheap and it was a lot for a meal. The crabs were steamed and in a separate pan I sauteed onions, garlic, ginger in olive oil then added hoisin sauce. I used sprite soft drink instead of water and let it boil. Put the steamed crabs and simmer until the sauce thickened. Garnish with leeks then serve immediately. Eating crabs is always a mess but it was worth it. The blend of all the spices in the sauce made the crabs so finger lickin' good. Very delicious!
