Bread Crumbs

Another cooking ingredient that I bought from the grocery this week was this pack of bread crumbs that are made of small particles of dry bread which are used for breading or crumbing foods. It  is a good coating ingredient in making  crisp and crunchy  fried foods like seafoods or meats. My deep fried dishes would surely taste great using this cooking component.

  1. It's called Panko - it's Japanese breadcrumbs. It's great for making chicken or pork katsu - yum!
