Cooking Momo




My cousin Grace taught me this Momo, a Nepali (from Nepal) kind of food. It is very similar to dumplings. Ground beef & pork were combined together with finely chopped onions and ginger extract. It was individually wrapped in dumpling or wanton wrappers. The sauce includes tomatoes,celery,garlic,chili and sesame oil blended together to produce a thick dipping.The procedure really took time so you need to have patience to carefully wrapped small portions of meat. This is a unique kind of cooking for me but it was worth an effort. I love the taste! One international cuisine that is worth a try.
