Yummy Mamon

I gave into my sweet indulgence the other day. These mamon (sponge cakes) just filled out my cravings. I like the soft, creamy taste of these cheese and ube flavors. Some sweet favorites to eat during break from the crazy moods of life.

  1. I'm not so much into mamon or thos chiffon-type/ fluffy kinds of bread. i like the butter/ pound cakes better that's why i often prefer red ribbon's banana loaf or goldilocks' marble, butter or choco slice.
