Mango Fruit Shake

A refreshing tropical fruit shake that quenched me in a  warm Sunday afternoon at home. Scoop out the flesh of yellow ripe mangoes  ( about 2 pieces) then put  in a blender together with crushed ice. Process until smooth. Add milk  and blend until  thoroughly mixed and serve. A healthy drink to enjoy this summer season.  Have a sip of this yummy yellow shake.
