Stir Fry Sunday

I was able to spent time on the kitchen this weekend. I cooked this stir fried beef with vegetables. Lean, cut stripped beef sauteed in onions and garlic. Vegetables added were carrots, sayote, and cabbage. I also put some mushrooms to add more flavor. Seasoned with salt & pepper. Add a little soy sauce to taste. Adjust the taste according to preference. Do not over cook the vegetables to retain crispness then serve hot. Yummy meal together with rice for Sunday lunch at home.
