Weekend Kinilaw

This is kinilaw, a popular dish made of fresh tuna. The fish meat sliced into cubes then added with calamansi juice, vinegar and salt. Chopped or sliced thinly onions, garlic and ginger then add on the tuna mixture. Put some spicy red chili for a kick taste. Garnished with thinly sliced cucumber and radish. Set in for an hour before eating so that all the ingredients blended well. This is a great appetizing dish.
