Chopsuey Friday

It is Friday again and this seafood chopsuey is my menu for today. Fresh shrimps and squid sauté in onions and garlic. Add vegetables - carrots, cauliflower, chicharo and  sayote. The vegetables should not be overcooked to retain crispness. Season with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Serve while hot. A healthy and delicious menu that I can always cooked either for lunch or dinner.
