Crispy Belly

I cooked this crispy pork belly a.k.a lechon kawali as an added appetizer for dinner. Choice cuts of pork belly were marinated in spices (salt,pepper,chopped garlic), simmered, then deep fried in very hot oil until crispy golden brown. The meat is very tender and the ingredients blended well with the taste. Yummy even with out sauce or dippings.
