Yellow Stew


Last Monday I cooked this yummy beef caldereta (beef stew). Choice cuts of beef were stewed in caldereta sauce for 2 hours until very tender. Then I added potatoes and carrots. Seasoned with salt, pepper and seasonings then garnished with bell pepper.  The attractive yellow color of the caldereta in a serving dish was perfect for rice and that makes my lunch time complete. One yummy yellow meal!
