Crispy Pata for FTF

It's food tripping again.A delicious crispy pata dish that I prepared this week. I bought a preboiled pork hind from a specialty meat shop then deep  fried in very hot oil for 20 minutes. Placed in a serving platter together with spicy dipping of soy sauce, vinegar, chili and garlic. Slices of cucumbers are healthy side dish for pork meals. Everybody at home just enjoyed the sumptuous dinner with this yummy crispy pata.
