Creamy Shrimps & Mushrooms on Linguine
Peeled shrimps with creamy mushroom and onion sauce that can be layered or mixed on linguine pasta. In a large saute pan, heat oil, butter and garlic over medium heat. Add shrimps and mushrooms. Set aside. Cook pasta according to directions on package. Drain.Reheat oil in pan, add onion and saute, stirring often, until onion is soft but still white. Add bullion cube and water; bring to a boil and simmer uncovered for approximately 10 minutes. Stir in cream and milk. Place pasta in a bowl, then mix the creamy sauce. Top with Parmesan cheese .Serve immediately. I am feeling hungry while making this post. :) Anyway, happy food tripping to all!
