White Wine

I like white wine. As a rule, use only a wine that you can drink and can also be used for cooking. White wines are perfectly great with seafoods and poultry dishes. It can also be a good flavoring to sauces. I even added this white wine to my pasta meal this weekend. There are many brands available in the market to choose from in varying prices. Just select according to your taste.
