Food Trip Friday Entry

Chicken Tinola

Ingredients:

1/2 kilo native chicken
1 pc onion
garlic cloves
medium size, ginger
1 young papaya, peeled and sliced diagonally
sili leaves
5 cups water
3 tbsp. olive oil
salt & pepper

Cooking procedures:

In a casserole, heat olive oil then saute  ginger, garlic and onions. Add  chicken then simmer for five minutes. Add salt and water. Bring to a boil until chicken is tender. Add papaya and allow to cook. When ready to serve, put sili leaves. Serve hot with white rice.

  2. sarap, meron akong papaya dito, nasa ref ang tagal na noon, i guess di na pwede for tinola :)
