Post Holiday Carbonara

I received more than enough of pasta packs gifts this Christmas and one of my choice menu to cooked after the holidays was this Carbonara. I used angel hair spaghetti because I like the texture of the pasta. Mushrooms and pork ham slices were added on the white creamy sauce then topped with Parmesan cheese. Its always great to celebrate the season with pasta dishes like this one.
