This is Kare-kare, Philippines stew that is made from peanut sauce and I added some vegetables like eggplants, string beans, banana heart and pechay leaves. Varieties of meat can be use here like beef oxtail, pork pata or goat meat.This is usually served in some Filipino parties, fiestas  and celebrations. A very easy to cook meal that everybody would always love to eat.
