Weekend Pinakbet

I loved cooking vegetables last weekend so I decided to prepared this Pinakbet. Brown the sliced pork belly parts until golden brown then set aside. In the same pan saute onions and garlic. Add pork and squash. Stir then add water and let it boil until the squash and pork are done. Put some flavorings, salt, fish sauce an shrimp paste. Simmer again then add vegetables like okra, patola and eggplant. Mix all the ingredients and serve immediately.  This just tasted so good and healthy.
