Everybody was craving for my Bam-i menu last Sunday. So I just decided to cooked one at home. Here are some of my ingredients;
Rice noodles and fresh pancit (noodles) combined together
Chopped celery with stalks and leaves
Carrots sticks, chopped onions & garlic, chicharo and pork liver
Fresh shrimps, peeled
Here's now a plate of my bam-i servings. Yummy meal that filled everyone's cravings at home.
