Fresh Kamias

My office mate gave me these fresh fruits of Kamias (cucumber tree) and I was thankful because these are good flavorings for my cooking activities at home. Fresh green that were just picked from the tree. I immediately washed and cleaned them when I got home. One way to preserved is to put the Kamias in a container with salt. It can stay longer and one of its culinary use is for sinigang or as a sour base for fish paksiw.  One time this week , I will add this Kamias fruit in my cooking menu.
