Asian Pork Pot Roast
This is another new recipe that I tried to cooked last weekend at home. Pork chops mixed with water, chopped ginger, marmalade, ketchup, soy sauce, seasonings, salt and pepper. Then charcoal boiled very slowly for an hour and a half until the pork becomes very tender. Garnished with chopped leeks then served immediately with rice. It tasted yummy-licious as the ingredients blended well with the pork chops. Hope everyone is enjoying this Fridays' food tripping day. Have a great weekend to all!
