Quick cooking menu

I got some chicken liver from the fridge and had it cooked quickly because my brother had to report for work and he needed some pack for his lunch. Sautee the liver in onions and garlic. Simmer for a few minutes until the juices come out and mix until golden brown. Add water let it boil for 10 minutes. Add salt, pepper and seasonings. Put some dissolved flour in water to thicken the sauce. When it reaches into good consistency , add the bell pepper as garnishing then serve hot. Fast serving with a good taste.
