Steamy Labong in Saluyot

I am salivating while typing this post (honestly!). This is one of the old time  favorite dish at home. Labong (bamboo shoots) and saluyot (slimy kind of green leafy vegetable) with takway ( gabi veins), okra, shrimp paste and fresh shrimps. I would consider this meal as healthy because it is vegetable based with no frying of oil.  For the folks at home this menu is irreplaceable by other meat dishes. Serve steamy hot and enjoy eating either for lunch or dinner.
