Native garlic

One of my favorite spice when cooking is garlic and I always prefer the native kind. Quite pricey as compared to the imported kind but the results when added to dishes is very flavorful. The aroma is stronger and the food that I cook smell and tastes just good actually.  Great to use on stir fry, baked, stew or broth dishes.  This bunch of garlic would be use for weeks of my daily cooking.
