Butter fried malasugue in garlic toppings

This is a simple dish to prepare but the result is indeed delicious. Malasugue is a kind of tuna fish. I bought the sliced pieces then marinated in salt, pepper and lemon juice. Fried in butter and oil until golden brown. Set aside. In the same pan, saute until brown some garlic chops then topped in the fried fish slices. Delicious really because the fish absorbed the marinade and the buttery taste combined with garlic toppings make it more yummy.

  1. thank you for this!!! We followed your recipe and it really tastes good. We only marinated it for 30 minutes how much more if we marinated it overnight! :) More simple fish recipes pls.
